Another activity under the project “Give Me a Hand for the Next Step” has been completed: the filming of a music video featuring participants in drama workshops held in three locations: Srebrenik, Vidovice and Velika Obarska. The project activities are being carried out by the NGO “SOS” Brčko District of BiH and the Centre for Education and Research (CER) in Bijeljina.

Through these activities, we sought to help children develop an awareness of building friendships, eliminating prejudices that hinder a healthy and fulfilling life, and respecting their own culture and traditions, while also learning about and valuing the culture and qualities of those who are different from them.

The children proved that they are the ornaments of the world and full of imagination through this project, including by taking part in filming the video, which showcased seven months of work and dedication by both the engaged educators and the children themselves.

It is important to note that children with developmental disabilities also took part in the video.

We would like to remind you that the NGO “SOS” is implementing the project “Give Me a Hand for the Next Step” as part of the “Dialogue for the Future” project, implemented by UNDP, UNICEF and UNESCO in partnership with the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The “Dialogue for the Future” project is funded by the United Nations Peacebuilding Support Office / Peacebuilding Fund (PBF).
