SHL Grant – Youth Engagement Fund

The Youth Engagement Fund offers an opportunity to all young people from Bosnia and Herzegovina, especially those with no experience in youth engagement, to apply for financial and mentoring support to organize activities in their local communities. For financial support of up to 4000 marks may apply youth/non-governmental organizations, informal youth groups and individuals. Ideas and activities with which you are applying to the Fund must be directed at young people aged 14 to 28, and contribute to the development of the local community, school or young people in that community.
Applications to the Fund are accepted throughout the year, so there are no specific project submission deadlines. Supported projects are selected monthly, so if you submit your idea by the end of any month, it will be assessed by the SHL Commission the following month. Submitted ideas are assessed by an SHL Commission made up of 12 young people (university and secondary school students from all parts of Bosnia and Herzegovina), who also serve as mentors and provide support during the organisation of the activities receiving support.
