Organization of Families of Captured and Fallen Soldiers and Missing Civilians of the RS

On 18 December 1996, the Association of Families of Captured Soldiers and Missing Civilians of the RS was founded in the packed main hall of the Army Hall, and elected its Executive Board: president Branko Panić (Banja Luka), vice-president Nedeljko Mitrović (Banja Luka), and members Sveto Nikodinović (Banja Luka), Milorad Zimonjić (Brčko), Smilja Mitrović (Bijeljina), Stevo Macura (Prijedor), Boro Peulić (Prnjavor), Nedeljko Malešević (Derventa), Drago Crnadak (Laktaši), Pajo Manojlović (Banja Luka), Miloja Tadić (Drvar), Niko Todorović (Ključ), Dušan Vujičić (Nevesinje), Marko Lugonja (Kupres), Marinko Ćutković (Banja Luka), Dušan Gotovac (Zvornik), and Rade Bjelošević (Doboj). The elected leadership of the newly founded association faced enormous responsibilities.
